Participants will work with a trained health coach to identify and address the root causes of their challenges, learn new skills and techniques for managing stress and conflict, and create a personalized action plan for making positive changes in their lives. In addition to the coaching sessions, participants will have access to a wealth of resources and tools, including online videos, handouts, and worksheets, to support their understanding of the program material. The coaching team also provides ongoing support, including regular check-ins, progress tracking, and access to additional resources as needed.
