Our Model

Our ’10 Steps of Change’ model is underpinned by our theory of ‘Emotivation’. Our emotions are what gives us motive to respond to situations and challenges, we face in everyday life. Emotions are known to have a profound impact on our mental health. Our emotions are triggered by our thoughts, which impacts the way we feel, and ultimately influences the way we interact with others. Our ability to manage those emotions dictate how positive our outcome is. Therefore, our level of emotional intelligence can dictate the way we respond and cope, with our own emotions and the emotions of others. ‘Emotivation’ is about collaboration. A group of people with a collective purpose, come together to reach their goal. Achieved through a series of interventions and experiences of self-discovery, with the aim of improving emotional intelligence. Our theory of ‘Emotivation’ is a humanistic approach to changing behaviour. Our person-led approach will support change by developing a deeper understanding of your emotions, and the impact they have on your decision making. The Emotivating journey supports improved emotional literacy, by targeting emotional and social deficiencies.
